人這一輩子，遇見對你好的人比較容易，可遇見始終待你如初的人很難。想要別人顧及你的感受，就別萬事都遷就別人的感受。守得住自己的底線，才能換得來別人的尊重。有時候感覺自己什麼都不缺，仔細想想又什麼都沒有。你這麼善解人意，一定是遇到過很多不講道理的人吧。努力，不是為了要感動誰，也不是要做給哪個人看，而是要讓自己隨時有能力跳出自己厭惡的圈子，並擁有選擇的權利，用自己喜歡的方式過一生。忽冷忽熱最折磨人，反反覆復最傷人。過度的熱情會把被愛的人寵壞，忽冷忽熱的回覆會把最愛你的人推開。其實我們害怕的可能不是結婚本身，而是迫於一種壓力跟不太適合的人綁在一起，放棄對愛情的期待和信仰。世界上，有兩樣東西不可直視，一是太陽，二是人心。人的眼睛有5.76億像素，但卻終究看不懂人心。刻薄嘴欠和幽默是兩碼事，口無遮攔和坦率是兩碼事；沒有教養和隨性是兩碼事，輕重不分和耿直是兩碼事。好脾氣的人不輕易發火，不代表不會發火；性格好的人只是裝糊塗，不代表沒有底線。我一直要躲，但我終於找到保護的人了，那就是你。沒有你的地方是他鄉，沒有你的旅行是流浪。請接受你現在的樣子，同時也完善你現在的樣子。運動讓你更有氣質，讀書讓你看見未見過的世界，穿衣打扮讓你對每天都有期待，不需要成為別人嘴裡的那個人，只願自己在摩肩接踵的人群裡，不會因為平凡而感到心慌，心裡有底氣，這個世界上不會再有第二個我了。你必須先寬恕才能理解。在你能寬恕之前，你擋住了自己獲得理解的可能性。想得開，也就那麼一回事。想不開，什麼都是事。人一輩子，你得信這一條：留得住的不需用力，留不住的不需費力。來去隨緣，強求不得。
